Alfie Williams' Prayer for the Deaf
Dear Father God,
Please help all the deaf people in the world, whether they are mildly deaf or profoundly deaf. Help them to find a good way to communicate with others so that they can be
whatever they want to be.
Please also help people to be kind and caring towards deaf people, and to understand how difficult it is to be deaf.
Lord in your mercy

Read the prayers that the Sunday School wrote for a recent Family Eucharist
Dear Father God,
We put before you all our worries.
We pray for everybody who is worried at this time
Please send us Your Holy Spirit to give us strength to face our worries.

Dear Father God,
We pray for people caught up in wars - for people who are injured and frightened.
We pray that you will give us strength to do our best in tests and exams. We pray for our families and for those who are alone.

Dear Father God,
We pray that you will take away our worries.
We pray that you will help us to do our best at school.
We pray that you will help us to play fairly.
We pray that you will help us to stop arguing with our brothers and our sisters.

Dear Father God,
We pray for our pets – please help us to look after them.
We pray also for our families – please keep them safe.

Dear Father God,
We pray for our families and people who are ill. We also pray for animals that are ill. Please look after them.
